For twenty-five years NACT has provided advanced telecommunications solutions by integrating its application software and network management capabilities with switching gateway platforms.

NACT is currently the leading provider of prepaid application solutions in the United States and has sold and installed over 650 switching platforms with 1,000,000+ ports of capacity in twenty-six countries. Additionally NACT’s solutions provide Class 5 applications and Voice Over IP (VoIP) transport for Internet Service Providers (ISP) and Independent Telephone Companies (ICO). NACT’s applications and switching platforms control over 12 billion minutes of traffic annually.

NACT has a strong existing customer base which includes international Tier 1 carriers, competitive carriers, ISPs, ICOs and large domestic prepaid and other application service providers.

Through KASA Enterprises, Inc. (“KASA”) a wholly-owned subsidiary, NACT provides managed services including:

• Operational support: KASA engineers provide switch operations and management. KASA engineers provide support for NACT switching products, Cantata switching products, and Cisco products.
• FlexPort Leasing: customers are able to avoid the significant upfront capital costs and lease just the switch capacity they need. These services are implemented using NACT solutions and provide additional future sales channels as customers increase their capacity.
• VoIP-to-VoIP carrier management: provides customers the ability to establish VoIP bypass functionality utilizing carriers of their choice.

NACT also provides customer support and managed services via a wholly-owned subsidiary in the United Kingdom.
