XL-MAX Customer Service Interface

The XL-MAX Customer Service Interface (CSI) is a client interface to the XL-MAX database. The CSI allows customer service representatives at all levels to perform the many tasks necessary to service telephony customers and maintain the satisfaction of the customer base. From a single, tabbed window the following functions include:

  • Creating and modifying accounts with applicable ANIs, authcodes, PINs and MAC addresses
  • Viewing call detail records and account transactions
  • Maintaining credit limits and prepaid balances
  • Applying fraud control settings
  • Applying wholesale/retail account settings
  • Creating different service types with Class 5 features
  • Looking up employee audit trails
  • Setting up automated credit card billing features
  • Configuring tariffs with a powerful and flexible rating engine
  • Generate prepaid calling cards

Multiple Users

Multiple sessions of the CSI can be running at any one time to accommodate large customer service centers.

Partitioning

The CSI provides the ability to fully partition the data in the database so that those users assigned to a specific partition cannot access data outside of that partition.

Employee Access Control

The CSI administrator can control the access and function privileges of each CSR down to a table and field level.

Employee Accountability

All screen views and all data changes are recorded by the system. This audit information includes the changes made (old value/new value), the customer service representatives name, and the date and time the change took place.
