In order to effectively target subscribers from around the world, service providers must weigh the value of localization. Localization is the process of customizing software and documentation to reflect both the cultural customs and linguistic forms of a particular country. NACT provides localization services such as representing currencies and other values in the local format.

NACT offers 37 languages with over 272 standard voice messages in each languages. These messages support enhanced services for subscribers, agents, and administrators that need to interact with stored information in order to complete a task, such as recharging a prepaid calling card, associate ANI and usage of mobile. Customized prompts are also available.
