NACT MTN Gateway

The MTN (Media Transport Node) Gateway is a low cost, highly scalable, and feature rich VoIP media gateway. Its small footprint, full set of IP and TDM signaling, and DSP features make the MTN 960 the most cost-effective way to deploy revenue-generating service offerings.

The scalability of the MTN Gatewayis based upon the application control servers and the applications themselves. The MTN Gateway1U chassis holds up to two D-240 media gateway boards which support 8 E-1 or T-1TDM connections, 240 channels of mixed IP traffic, 240 channels of IVR playback and recording, and DTMF/MF encoding and decoding resources. The MTN Gateway also supports signaling for E&M, FG-D, ISDN PRI, SS7, VoIP-7, H.323, and SIP protocols providing for any-to-any carrier connectivity.
