NACT Training Services provide service providers and their agents with the expertise they need to fully leverage NACT solutions. NACT provides a blend of instructor-led and online training to meet the unique needs of our service providers. Basic and advanced courses are available for all products. Module-specific training is also available.

Instructor-led Training
Instructor-led training is available at NACT's corporate offices in Provo, UT. This is the most comprehensive training for NACT solutions. NACT's Certified Instructors (ACIs) draw upon real-world experience to develop relevant course content. These courses are designed to offer in-depth and realistic examples along with hands-on demonstrations. This practical approach enables service providers to start using new skills immediately upon course completion. View current course schedule.
Cost is $1,500 per class per student. Along with instruction, attendees receive a training documentation CD that includes all training, reference, and user manuals. The CD also includes rating and routing design templates.

Online Training
Online training eliminates the worries and costs of travel with the added convenience of any-time-any-place training. NACT has developed a synchronous online program lead by a content expert so that students can receive "face-to-face" training at their own desks. Our online trainers guide students through any of the available courses in 3-hour blocks, leaving the rest of the day for students to complete their primary responsibilities.
Cost is $4,500 per company per class, for up to nine seats regardless of global location. Along with instruction, students receive a training documentation CD that includes all training, reference, and user manuals. The CD also includes rating and routing design templates.
Module-specific Training
Module-specific training provides targeted training on a specific module rather than an entire NACT solution. For example, a new employee may need to understand only rating on the switch, or SS7 setup and troubleshooting, or billing cycles on the NTS 2000. Cost is $900 per module per student.
