Training—Cancellation Policy

• NACT reserves the right to cancel a training class due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or other events beyond our control. NACT may cancel a class due inclement weather or some type of natural disaster at the class location. The instructor will assess the conditions, consider the safety of our students and make a final decision.
• In the unlikely event an NACT class is cancelled, we will notify you as soon as possible. Registrants may choose to receive a full refund or credit toward another class. NACT will not be responsible for any cancellation costs you incur, such as airline tickets and hotel reservations.
• If you are unable to attend a course for which you have registered, you may send a substitute at no additional charge. If you cannot send a substitute or otherwise need to cancel your registration, provide written notice to the NACT Training Coordinator
• Cancellation requests received by NACT 10 days or more prior to the class start date will receive full credit toward another class. Requests received from six to nine days before the class start date will receive a 50% credit. Credit is not available for any cancellation request received by NACT five days or less before the class start date.
