  • Am I responsible for my own travel-related expenses?
  • Yes, you are responsible for your own travel, lodging, and meal expenses.
  • When is the last day I can register for a course?
  • Based on availability, you can register 10 days prior to the schedule class. Please DO NOT attend a course without registering and receiving confirmation of your registration.
  • What happens if I register for a course, and then am unable to attend?
  • If you are unable to attend an NACT class, you may send a substitute with out additional charge. Otherwise, see the Cancellation Policy for more details.
  • Will NACT cancel a class if there is inclement weather or some type of natural disaster at the class location?
  • NACT may cancel a class due to such circumstances. The instructor will assess the weather condition, consider the safety of our students, and make a decision.
  • Will NACT ever cancel a class?
  • NACT reserves the right to cancel a training class due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or other events beyond our control. In the unlikely event an NACT class is cancelled, we will notify you as soon as possible. If there is insufficient enrollment 10 days prior to the schedule class students will be notified. At which point you may choose to receive a full refund of your registration fees or credit for another class. NACT will not be responsible for any cancellation costs you incur, such as airline tickets and hotel reservations.
  • Can I repeat a training class?
  • Yes, you can repeat a training class. Certain restrictions apply. You can contact NACT Training Coordinator at or 801.802.3000 and ask for the Training Department.
