From purchase, the store will have the ability the add hot-dial to a sale. Customers can also add it themselves in the eCommerce page or at the home screen of the self help module. Once the customer has decided to add hot-dial, it is set up by adding an access number and a destination number. After this, when the caller wants to call that destination, all they have to do is dial the selected access number. The system will read the customers ANI and direct them to the desired destination.
