NEW PRODUCT CORNER: SOFTWARE DRIVEN VINCI
Over the past year our engineers have been hard at work, and we are proud to announce the new upgrade to our Vinci infrastructure. From an architectural perspective the MTN Gateways and D240 boards have been eliminated. The components (formerly making up the Media Gateway) have been replaced by software contained on servers. The enhancements also increase the efficiency of the Vinci Platform. The new software solution can be used standalone or in addition to the old infrastructure (MTN Gateways).
Also Note that the Vinci host (Sun Netra Server) portion of the architecture is unchanged, making the transition to an upgraded Vinci system as painless as possible.
Currently, we are looking for Beta testers for the new system. There will be a steep discount for those who are willing to test the new product.

PINCASO TECH TIP OF THE MONTH:
ENTITY PROMOTIONS FEATURE:
An Entity Promo is the concept of giving an additional promo bonus directly into the entity’s (a store for example) account. These promos can be triggered on First Registration, First Recharge, Any Recharge, Any Purchase or Any Sale, along with a store credit check. Entity Promos are incorporated into the sales distribution engine and entities can see their promos received from the account home-page.
NOTE: Entity Promos are always threshold based, (sale needs to be an amount) otherwise the promo will not activate.
