| NACT's Mobile applications provide simple ways to make prepaid services easy to use. With the Pinless App, important account info, such as the balance and call history, are now readily available.
When the user opens the application, the balance will be available directly from the main screen. This will ensure that the customer knows when they are low, encouraging a recharge. If they cannot recallwhy their balance is low, customers will also be able to see their call history by pressing a button on that same screen. When it is pressed, they will be able to see when phone calls were made and to whom. Thanks to this feature, customers will not be caught off guard.
